Overview
Our refund and returns policy applies to all products within our Teachers Pay Teachers store that are hosted on our website. Due to the nature of the products (digital downloads), no refunds or returns will be possible. Please make sure to read the product descriptions thoroughly, look at preview images, and reach out to us if you have questions prior to purchasing. We are happy to help you determine if a product addresses your needs.
Sale items
Products that go on sale will have temporary price reductions. If you purchase a product at regular price, you are not eligible for a refund if a product is later discounted. Additionally, we can not honor requests to discount items. If a site license for a product is desired, we are happy to work with school districts to determine pricing for multiple licenses.
Exchanges
We are not able to offer exchanges on digital download items.
Gifts
If you wish to purchase an item as a gift to a teacher, please reach out to let us know. We can help the teacher gain access to the purchased file.
Shipping returns
No items in our store are shipped to the customer. All products are digital downloads only.
